Adorable business and workers. Kind, honest, and serving massively good pizza. They are generous with toppings, and the Calabrian-based red sauce is lip-smackin. Decent amount of parking, and well-built ramp for disability/everybody's entrance. Just wish they still made chocolate babka. I'd pay a lot to see it come back. Regularly. Maybe on a subscription basis. Jus sayin

I picked up our pizza at 5:50pm, it's now 6:19pm and the pizza is gone because we inhaled It. Absolutely delicious!!! I placed an order online for pick up and when I arrived 10 minutes early the pizza was already waiting for me. I've eaten at several pizza places around Atlanta because that's my kids favorite meal at the moment (duh lol) and La Calavera is hands down the most flavorful I've had. It's pricey but the value and quality of the ingredients makes it well worth it. So thankful we live in the neighborhood. We'll be back!

I can’t believe I haven’t already left a 5 star review. We’ve been getting pizza from La Calavera since they switched from a bakery to a pizzeria, but you can tell how much love and skill goes into the crust because it is the best in town bar none. Every pizza we’ve ever ordered is exceptional. Easily one of if not the top tier pizza place in Atlanta. Be aware wait times can get long so order early and order often.

This little house tucked away in Kirkwood is delicious! The sourdough crust elevates the pizza more than you would think. We had the birria pizza and were drowning in flavor. This is top 5 for me in the city. The people are really nice too! Excuse the picture we ate the pizza before I decided to review lol

Best pies in Atlanta, hands down. Between the sourdough crust, house-made sauce and vegan options you really can't go wrong. Never had a pie I didn't enjoy, the specials are always creative! I love that they support other local businesses with some of their ingredients! Must try, will be addicted.

I experienced the pizza here for the first time and it did not disappoint. If you know your pizza then you know that the pizza dough is the key to good pizza. La Calavera has the best dough in ATL - it’s sourdough, baked to perfection. The toppings are tailored to your tastes with many options available. This is the real deal and the wait time is definitely worth it. The salads are great, too!

Best pizza in Atlanta. Hands down. we’ve tried them all and this place is legit. The crust is amazing! The only pizza where I don’t share the crust with our dog. The people who work there are super nice. Well worth the drive.

Really great execution on all the pizzas I have tried, the birria being my favorite. Every bite of it is a punch of flavor to the mouth. It can be heavy for the more sensitive. I would advise pairing the birria pizza with a more veggie-focused pizza (the salads were just okay).
